Sunil Narine

Sunil Narine is a professional cricketer from Trinidad and Tobago who plays for the West Indies national team in all three formats of the game. He is primarily known for his off-spin bowling and is also a handy lower-order batsman.

Narine has played in numerous domestic T20 leagues around the world, including the Indian Premier League (IPL), Caribbean Premier League (CPL), and Pakistan Super League (PSL). He has been a key member of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) franchise in the IPL, winning the title with them in 2012 and 2014.

In international cricket, Narine has played 65 One Day Internationals (ODIs), taking 128 wickets at an average of 26.46 and an economy rate of 4.40. He has also played 51 T20 Internationals (T20Is), taking 52 wickets at an average of 20.73 and an economy rate of 6.02.

Narine’s career has not been without controversy, as he has been reported for a suspect bowling action multiple times and has undergone testing and remodeling of his action.
